Web Publishing...

     Web publishing has become a new topic for adding and expanding on. Many of our earlier posts (see Images page) would be relevant to working with images for both print production and for web publishing. In addition to these, the follow provides an intro to the topic:

Web Images and Resolution Limitations - Favicons, by example, and descriptions of device screens (monitors, tablets, etc.) for pointing out limitations of resolution and quality for images as web content. 

Compression - Though often needed; use with caution!

Anti-Aliasing - An interesting trick for making something look more clear.

Sharpen Filter - A handy tool for adding clarity for certain images.
